them to make arrangements to replace the TV, but they are running me
through possible fixes, which aren't working for no more than a short
time.

warranties this TV for four years, in your home, simply outstanding.

The TV is brand new so rating this extended warranty is premature. I
bought it because it's the proper thing to do for what I consider to be a
'high end' potentially delicate and/or sensitive electronic product.
Since I bought this unit in mid-June I would be horrified if it was
necessary to invoke the warranty in mid-July. I remain optimistic......
